We follow a minimal-intervention winemaking philosophy and make delicate, fresh wines with mineral structure. We hope you can taste the granite character of our soils in every glass! The Simonsberg mountains, where our vineyards are located, have produced South Africa’s finest wines for more than 300 years. Our Restaurant Cosecha is the place to relax, unwind, and enjoy a great glass of estate wine! We marinate and slow-cook responsibly-sourced meats from our local butchery and serve seasonal produce from local growers and our vegetable garden. Our name cosecha, Spanish for 'harvest', reflects our location next to the working harvest area where grapes are sorted and crushed at Noble Hill wine estate. You are welcome to make a booking online. We reserve half our tables for walk-in guests. If no bookings are available, you may wish to walk-in. We're sorry that seating for groups of more than 4 people is extremely limited and we are unable to serve groups of more than 8.
